Bobby Justin was born in Fall River, Massachusetts on October 22, 1953. He began his singing career at the early age of nine, performing with a four piece band called the Satellites. Their first concert was held in a grass field, they cleared themselves, charging five cents admission.  The very next day, young Justin made the 2nd page of the Fall River Herald.

During his senior year at Durfee High School, Bobby performed weekly at a local restaurant called the Somerset Lodge. He was an overnight success. Within in eight months, the restaurant could no longer hold the massive amount of people that came to hear him sing. From there Bobby moved to New York to study voice at Carnegie Hall with the world renowned Carlo Menotti. He also studied acting and is a graduate of the Herbert Bergdorf School of Acting.

Bobby has performed all across the country in many legendary venues including the Playboy Circuit and Dangerfield’s in New York where he performed with Rodney Dangerfield, the Sahara Hotel and the Dunes Hotel in Las Vegas and various night clubs in Florida. Through the years Bobby has opened for the Temptations, Dion, the Spinners, Shangri La’S, Chubby Checker, the Village People, Gary Lewis and the Playboys, Mary Wilson and the Supremes and Little Anthony and the Imperials.

Justin also spent time in California where he appeared in the Love Boat and in the pilot of TJ Hooker, a movie of the week titled “the Protectors”. He then appeared in several episodes of the show.  He even starred in a Kentucky Fried Chicken commercial which aired nationally during a Super Bowl. Bobby has performed and travelled around the world as an entertainer for Norwegian Cruise Lines in the late 1990’s.

Currently Bobby can be seen in Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts in many various restaurants and clubs, including Twin River Casino, in Lincoln, RI.
